The Court of Appeals has ordered the release of Captain Senaka de Silva who was General Sarath Fonseka’s private secretary. Mr. Senaka de Silva had been remanded for employing army deserters during the last presidential election campaign which was a bogus story made by Dictator Mahinda's Regime.
When the bail appeal on behalf of Senaka de Silva had been brought forth at court the regime's attorney had stated that he does not object to the request made by Senaka De Silva's fraction. Therefore he was ordered released on a cash bail of Rs.100, 000 and was barred from leaving the country by ordering the suspect to handover his passport to the court and also to report to the OIC of the Criminal Investigations Department on the last Sunday of every month.
All those who supported General Fonseka were charged with bogus criminal cases, fraud cases, rape cases by Dictator Percy's Regime and currently some are serving rigirous imprisonment including War Hero, General Sarath Fonseka while former terrorists like KP, Pillayan and Karunna Amman are being well treated and protected by Percy Mahinda.
" If my life is harmed by any chance the former terrorist pillayan( now Percy's Regime's Eastern Province Chief Minister) has to take responsibility for it" says democratically elected Batticaloa District TNA Parliamentarian C. Yogeswaran. He further claimed that he had repeatedly received death threats from former terrorist, Sivanesathurai Chandrakanthan.on March 20 the former terrorist's vehicle had overtaken his vehicle at Kiran Kulam and abruptly stopped in the middle of the road while MP had been traveling towards Batticaloa following a function held at the Kalavanchikudi area.
Then Pillayan had put down the vehicle’s window & had made a gesture using his hands implying that he would shoot and kill him. Pillayan also had threatened him on several previous occasions as well .
The Parliamentarian also mentioned that he has lodged a complaint at the Kattankudi Police regarding the recent death threat he had received.
It is reported former terrorists are working on the orders given by P Mahinda who is currently invovled in supporting LTTE terrorists like Karunna, Daya Master and KP alias Kumaran Padmanathan while sending War Hero general Fonseka to 2 and hald years rigorous imprisonment.
Eastern Province Chief Minister Sivanesathurai Chandrakanthan ( former LTTE member) says that if the Illankai Tamil Arasu Kachchi (ITAK) contests the election for the Eastern Province on its own and wins he will bid farewell from his political career.
Speaking during the opening ceremony of a new bus stand in Batticaloa the Pillayan mentioned that the only party working together with the central government is his party.The only way to gain power for the development of the Eastern Province is to join hands with Mahinda Rajapakse, said Pillayan.
He further emphasized that the public opinion may change if engaged in politics that creates agitation within the people.
Anyway he is responsbile for death of many inonnocent muslims & sinhalease in those areas while he was serving barberic LTTE but yet no action taken against him or Karunna.
