Sri Lanka National cricketers have decide to complain against Mahinda Abeysundara

National cricketers have decided to lodge a complaint against mud sligging state media (ITN) journalist Mahinda Abeysundara for adversely influencing their morale.

He is facing the accusation at a time when president Mahinda Rajapaksa had asked the local media not to publish anything that will affect the morale of the palyers.

The pro Government journalist had accused both Mahela Jayawardena and Thilan Samaraweera for match-fixing against Pakistan match in his ‘Vimasuma’ programme telecasted on ITN

The senior cricketers were expected to meet the president on Feb 28 to lodge their complaint, but could not do so as he was on a visit to Anuradhapura.
